$110. rate per night applies to every room for a double occupancy
$100. midweek rate per night applies to every room for a double occupancy
(Midweek=Sunday through Wednesday excluding holiday periods)
$125.00 rate per night applies to the studio for a double occupancy
$150.00 rate per night applies to the apartment for a double occupancy
$25.00 for each additional person in room or apt. per night, over the age of five
(children 5 years and under are free)
9% Vermont rooms tax is to be included
Deposits and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit, or valid credit card number is required to reserve a room. Charges may apply if cancellation results in vacancy.
