Rooms + Suites

An adventurous day deserves a relaxing night! Though each of the Inn's eight guest rooms are unique, they share some important commonalities; all rooms are equipped with a private ensuite bathroom, complimentary WiFi, bedside USB chargers, A/C, TV and access to all of our on-site amenities, including a guest kitchen, complementary washer/dryer, bike storage, hut tub, fire pits and more.

Please note that due to the historic nature of our property, our rooms are not handicap equipped and certain areas of our property are only accessible by stairs. We ask that you contact the front desk for more information regarding accessibility and accommodation and encourage all of our guests to visit the FAQ page for details regarding COVID Safety Guidelines, Cancellation Policies, Pet Cleaning Fees, etc.

Located just off the first floor lobby, this cozy room offers a queen bed and an excellent view of the comings and goings of our favorite coffee shop across the street!

Room 2

One of our most popular rooms, this sunshine soaked space features floor to ceiling windows. Room Two is located on the first floor and is adjacent to an outside entrance for easy access!

Room 3

This spacious, second floor offering features two queen beds and views of charming East Burke Village. If you want to wake up to a classic Vermont scene (hello white steepled church), look no further!

3 Queen Beds

Room 4

Room 4 is ideal for large traveling parties! This spacious guest room features vaulted ceilings and views overlooking our gardens and Dish Mill Brook.

Room 5

1 King Bed 

This one books fast! Room 5 features a king bed and a separate sitting area with ample room to spread out! Our favorite feature? This room is equipped with a private balcony—the perfect perch from which to enjoy one's morning coffee!

2 Queen Beds + 2 Twin Beds

Room 6

Formerly the farms  bustling barn, this room has been beautifully converted into one of our most popular guest rooms. Located on the second floor, Room 6 has two queen beds as well as two twin beds (tucked up in the former hayloft). The recently renovated, private bath boasts garden views as well as a clawfoot tub.

The Studio

Enjoy all the comforts of home with our ground-floor studio. This 750-square-foot apartment has a private entrance and features a fully outfitted private kitchen, dining space, and seating area, in addition to a king bed and sleeper sofa.

The Farmhouse Near

Our three bedroom farmhouse is tucked on a quiet corner of the property, though farmhouse guests still enjoy easy access to all the inn's amenities. Featuring an eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops as well as three bedrooms, this is a spacious and peaceful place to call home! If you are eager to spend time outside, the farmhouse boasts a covered porch overlooking the vineyard, private stone patio and riverside seating area with a fire pit. Come for a weekend or stay for a week - Farmhouse Near is as good as it gets!
