A message from George & Lorraine
We have reached retirement age and you know what that means. We conger up thoughts of
sitting by the fire, wine in hand, dogs at the feet, quilting, thinking of the next day of fishing
for tuna, reading a book, talking about and maybe even traveling, hunting for that trophy,
watching Sage, or just splitting a cord of wood before a beer and a nap. We have a
beautiful granddaughter by the name Sage Allison that needs plenty of attention. There are
seven boats that need attention and a bunch of other stuff not to mention us. So we have
decided to sell the Inn. Nothing is going to change and we will continue to operate till we
drop or sell, so don't worry we are still here, but if you got some moldy cash hanging
around and want to make a good investment, come talk to us. Have we got a deal for you.
At least we think so!
Family Reunions, Alpine and Nordic Ski clubs, Snowmobilers,
Mountain bikers, Golfers, Small Weddings, groups of all sorts, we now serve family style
dinners to those booking the whole Inn upon request.

Located in the heart of East Burke, the Village Inn is a charming Village B & B offering comfortable and affordable lodging. The guest rooms are spacious and all have a private bath. To reach East Burke Village, North bound on 91 to exit 23 at Lyndonville, Vermont. Continue north through town on rte. 5 to jct. of rte. 114. Travel 4 miles north on rte. 114. We are right in the center of town opposite the Church.
