The Apartment

December, 2005, the Congregational Church across the street decided to sell
the Parsonage or Annex. We were very fortunate to be the winning bidders and have totally renovated 1/2 the building and now offer it as a group rental. The apartment has been renovated to cater to familys or groups, but is also very comfortable for couples.

RULES OF THE APARTMENT ANNEX

The Apartment /Annex is a fully renovated turn of the century village home, which was originally built for the parsonage of The Congregational Church. This three bedroom apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, dining room, and a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD and VCR player and three couches that easily convert to full sized beds. It sleeps up to 12 people.

Rates:
$125.00 per night double occupancy. $25.00 per night each additional person per night.

Weekly rate:
$850.00 per week double occupancy. $25.00 per night each additional person per night.

Monthly rate: $2500.00 (1-12 people)

Rates do not include (9% Vermont rooms and meals tax)

3. Your kitchen , including dishes and cookware is clean on arrival, please leave it clean on your departure. Smoke & CO detectors are very sensitive so keep the stove hood fan on high when cooking.

4. You are welcome to use the charcoal grill and picnic area in the back yard. Please put any trash in tied bags into the large trash can provided on the driveway side of the house, next to the gas tank. Please keep all food garbage separate. You may put it in the compost bin behind the Inn down by the river

5. Maid service is once a week, for stays of one week or longer. The Apartment will be cleaned upon your departure. Please leave the beds you have used unmade, and any dirty towels, etc. in the bathtub. Your housekeeper will appreciate any gratuities you wish to leave at the end of your stay.

6. There are extra supplies in the utility closet off the dining area. Please do not be wasteful. If you need anything, just let Lorraine or George know at The Inn.

7. The backyard Jacuzzi, picnic area, and sitting areas behind The Village Inn are also available for your use.


Our Mc Kenzie River Drift boat that George built and uses on local ponds and rivers. A motor is used only in windy or adverse conditions.
